A BETTER LIFE
In my opinion, things that people are doing in this time are wrong and are not Healthy because, people are use to eat fast food like snacks, hamburger, hot dog, candies and we spend most our time watching tv, chating or playing videogames, and those things are bad for us because that stuffs doesn`t give us the nutrients that our body need or the exercise that we need to have strong and healthy body, in consecuense we will be fat, and feel sick constantly, we need to change our feeding at the school and our houses, in the school we can do bells and talks for motivate the students.
In the school store can sell more fruits, salads and food with less calories, the students can drink more water, natural juice and less soda and tea, in the break and in the restaurant we can eat food more healthy, with less calories and less oil, the restaurant can cook more salads and minus red meat and more fish and chicken.
The students need to know that the pills and the supplements are bad for us and these things don’t Supplementary the food.
The school can have more hours the Physical education or we can search sports or different things like dance, swim or play with your friends in the break, in your house you walk with your pet or with your family, you need to find things that you like to do for stay in shape.
The most important things are loving you and respect yourself as you are.
