                                                          A BETTER LIFE 

In my opinion, things that people are doing in this time are wrong and are not Healthy because, people are use to eat fast food like snacks, hamburger, hot dog, candies and we spend most our time watching tv, chating or playing videogames, and those things are bad for us because that stuffs doesn`t give us the nutrients that our body need or the exercise that we need to have strong and healthy body, in consecuense we will be fat, and feel sick constantly, we need to change our feeding at the school and our houses, in the school we can do bells and talks for motivate the students.

In the school store can sell more fruits, salads and food with less calories, the students can drink more water, natural juice and less soda and tea, in the break and in the restaurant we can eat food more healthy, with less calories and less oil, the restaurant can cook more salads and minus red meat and more fish and chicken.

The students need to know that the pills and the supplements are bad for us and these things don’t Supplementary the food.

The school can have more hours the Physical education or we can search sports or different things like dance, swim or play with your friends in the break, in your house you walk with your pet or with your family, you need to find things that you like to do for stay in shape.

The most important things are loving you and respect yourself as you are.

          

                                                              MY VACATIONS 

On my vacations  did a lot of different things, first one , I traveled with my dad’s family to my granparent’s  apartament in melgar, I watched tv, I went to the cinema to saw the boss baby, I liked very much this movie, because it was very interesting to see that a baby was born like a man, he came to a family with a mission that he needed to now what was the new breed of dog, because dogs was giving more love than babys and I saw the fate of the furious,  later that day I felt very sick, I had a infection in my eyes, and I  had flu, on that vacations I spent a lot of time in the pool playing with my uncles, aunts, grandparents and cousins, at nights I played some  table games like bingo, life and rummi q also I got out to walking by the town, I ate ice cream, pizza,  among other things. On  day I also go to the park to played tennis, basquetball, ping pong and voleyball at the pool,  later traveled on tuesday and friday with my family’s mom to Carmen de Apicala, I stayed in a estate, we played in the swimningpool volleyball, and at night we play table games like uno, I went to the church and I saw movies about the Bible, I saw the story about Adam and Eva, and the story about Jesus and his diciples, I went to the town, I saw different things like craftwork, candies, statues and I met a lot of different people from others countries, and I saw different games like inflatable games, cars and the tradition things of this place, on  friday at night I return with my dad to my granparent’s apartment , that day I swam, played bingo and watch tv with my family, in saturday night I cook dinner with my grandmother and on sunday I return to Bogota, when I arrived to my house, I made my bag and school uniform, I watched tv and videos in youtube, finally I stayed with my mom and later y went to slept.

In the round table we talk about different topics, about the websides in the world, like what are the advantages and disadvantages have the social networks, some people say that the social networks are a easy way to comunicate with their friends and family, also they say that you can watch photos that the other people post and you can see news, the disadvantages are that the people make false profiles and you are prone to scams and wiles. Also we talk about that in the others countries ban the the social networks, some people are disagree becouse you need the social networks for different things like comunicate with the other people, you can meet other countries by the photos or you known about the world by the news and not every people use wrong the social networks and the last topic that we talk is about if you are agree or disagree that in the others countries the goverment control the internet, some people are agree becouse some kids don´t know use the internet and  is a easy form to control the people but also some people are disagree becouse we are free to use the internet and we are responsable for our actions.

• This is the story of Sara Fields, she has a best friend, her name is Susan Lopez, they were best friends since Sara was 7 years old. One Saturday night,Susan and Sara went to a party, at the party there was lots of unknown people, they met a Jack Rivers, one day they were at the cinema and Jack asked Susan if she would like to go with him to a camp on Friday and she say yes, sara felt so exited for the camp, when they arrive to a camp they walk around the forest, but someting happened, Jack killed a John, he was his friend, Sara was very scared and she call her dad, she began run very fast, and told her dad everything that she see but  finally Jack caught Sara and the call finished.
